Do not come to the club tonight because we won't be there. Maryland KdF is cancelling all classes tonight due to severe weather forecasted across the DMV region. Stay home and stay safe!

Jake Priddy of Fenris KDF and Mike Gilding of Maryland KDF host a judging seminar!  Topics to be covered include: Coaching, Judging, and Fighting a Judged Bout, Ring Flow, and more!   This will be a practical session with participants being split into two groups (judges and fighters).  Both groups will get to do both sides with an open floor at the end.

This is the class sign up for Monday, March 9th. Like always, this class is restricted to those who finished the MKdF Beginner's Class.  In order to participate, you must agree to our COVID policy. Please read and sign our COVID-19 waiver here - COVID-19 Rules and Regulations. This only needs to be signed once.   

The same COVID restrictions apply to the Saturday classes as they do to the regular weekday classes.  Open floor sparring, individual coaching time, review and practical application of last weeks class topics, and special topic classes.  Saturdays are a really good time to work on individual improvement and practice of topics that YOU want to go over.  If there are several people that want to work on the same thing, Gilding is more than happy to lead smaller classes.  We can/will also be using part of the day to talk about Sword and Buckler instruction that includes techniques against mixed weapons.  (Rapier, sidesword, longsword, etc.)
